I had an appointment and no one showed up they did not even call, so i called sears and they came.

Guy Clermont and his employee were very respectful to my wife and I. He gave us a quote for our oil to gas conversion that was easily understood and had 3 furnace options. He listened to what our needs were and provided us with the best solution that meet our needs. He showed up on time and finished the job earlier that what was expected. The actual install of the furnace looks very clean and is compact and quiet when running. After the work was complete he cleaned up after himself. Since then he has contacted us to make sure we felt comfortable with the new system and if we needed anything else. All class from start to finish. We will continue to use his services for regular maintenance and other heating/plumbing needs.
