We are located in the Lake Norman area, but have worked on projects in Cabarras, Catawba, Iredell, Lincoln & Mecklenburg counties. Very professional and excellent quality! They built me a new screened in porch, redesigned my master bathroom and just recently redid my kitchen. They are the only builder I use and trust with my home.

We love our new porch added, and remodel of the existing deck! :) Mr. Frank McGinnis and Ms. Shanler Helderman are AWESOME! They were very patient w/ our many requests and we have been amazed daily by the quality of their work. They are both very professional AND very personable! :) Mr. Frank was in our yard checking on everything daily, for months. He responded to our texts instantly. If something didn't look perfect, it was fixed or replaced. You would be so happy using Intergrated Custom Builders, Inc. We have been extremely satisfied! :)
