Climate Mechanics LLC is a state licensed, fully insured heating and air conditioning company. Our focus is the installation of residential, commercial systems, service and maintenance. We specialize in all areas of heating and air conditioning, including custom design for unique requirements. Free estimates are available for installations as well as maintenance agreements and 24-hour emergency service with prompt, courteous technicians. We service all of Gloucester, Burlington and Camden Counties. In addition to being an authorized dealer for the following companies: Trane, Goodman, Bryant, we sell and service all other brands. Our professionally trained staff assists in all phases of the installation, from the planning stages through completion. We believe that you will find our products to be of the finest quality available, and that our warranty exceeds that of the Industry Standard. I punctured the Evaporator Coil on my new (Less than 1 year) unit back on May 30th. It took me 3 days before I was able to even reach someone at SEARS who could help me out. In the end, they saw that the damage was customer generated and it voided my warranty. I met Climate Mechanics through www.porch.com. I uploaded pictures of the unit, data card, and condenser, and talked to Toni on the phone. She was very nice and with the help of my pictures was able to get me the best quote for the project compared to other competitors. Today (13 June) the two reps installed the new Evap coil and refilled my unit with the lost Freon. I unfortunately cannot recall their names, but one of them was Robert's son (sorry guys,. I'm terrible with names). They were very knowledgeable and easily answered any question I had. They completed the job significantly faster than I anticipated (DIYers suggested 5 - 6 hours, these guys did the job in less than 4). Overall I'm very happy with the work they did, and in hindsight, I really wish I went with them for both my Heater and AC installation. 10/10, skip the big guys and give the little guys a call, they'll provide a better service and much better customer relationship management.
