Mr. Parker was responsive and fair. I especially liked that he did what he said he would do. I had become very frustrated with contractors and vendors not following through on their word. He installed two window air conditioning units with support brackets in my home. Even when we ran into complications with the really large unit, Mr. Parker stuck with it and completed the additionally repairs as needed to complete the install. I have already recommended him to someone and will call upon his services again.

There are many adjectives that describe this company. The owner Mark Parker, is professional, caring, attentive, focused, and observant. He is ALWAYS on time, goes the extra mile, and provides the greatest customer service. We all have Contractor horror stories--not with this company. They are reliable, honest, and provide a quality work product. Mark is a skillful listener and explains well. They have completed 12 projects in my home. I've been satisfied with all the results. I am so grateful and blessed that I found this Provider.
