| Bathroom in Noda | Jul 2015 | We were contacted by a couple who was looking to transform a closet being used to store washer, dryer, water heater and a few other things into a beautiful bathroom as they are turning their house into a bed and breakfast. Because of the limited spacing, we had to make sure every measurement was exact for how big a toilet, shower, sink, and washer and dryer could fit in the same small space. We moved the water heater to the attic, and created all new plumbing for the bathroom. Instead of using kits, we hand built the shower walls with tile and used the classic 20's look for the the tile floor. The bathroom turned out beautiful and is now a guest bath for the bed and breakfast. | $9k | Charlotte, NC |
