C & M Remodeling

The contractor, Anthony Brazzell, of Ideal Painting & Remodeling contracted with me to repair a water leak at my home. I advised Anthony that the previous plumbers recommended running a new water line. Anthony, his plumber , and concrete guy convinced me that repairing opposed to replacing the water line under the driveway was the best solution. I was hesitant , because I feared the appearance of the driveway repair. Anthony and his concrete specialist assured me that I would barely see a difference in the color of the driveway once it was power washed. I trusted his expertise. After 2 days of digging up the driveway and not locating the leak, Anthony was forced to run a new line. Since the water meter was in the driveway, that meant breaking up the driveway in a 2nd place to connect the new line. That meant that I I had 2 holes in the driveway. The concrete guy came in and filled the holes with cement, manually mixing the cement by hand. The cement ended up in 3 different colors and smeared over 3 different blocks of the driveway. Anthony advised that after allowing the cement to dry for 2 weeks, he would be able to smooth the cement and correct the color. Since the completion over 2 months ago, Anthony has never shown up to repair the driveway. Along with the different colors. The area that he repaired is now cracking. Anthony promised that he was coming for 2 months, but he never came. After countless calls and text, he does not answer the phone or return calls. My driveway is a mess and it looks like I will have to contract with another company to repair it. I made the mistake of paying for the repair before the driveway was completed. He took the money and ran. I do not recommend Ideal Painting & Remodeling to anyone. They lack integrity.
