Cane Bay Home Improvements

May 2016

In this small project our cliets bought a brand new home that need some attention and updating from "Builder Drab". We painted accent walls in several rooms, replaced bathrooms faucets for a more updated look and functionality, replaced a few lighting fixtures and ceiling fans. We also finished a wall with matching wainscoting and built custom box shelves for a bedroom wall. In an an upstairs room we installed a wall mural and framed it out handsomely in oak with a dark walnut stain.

Epoxy Garage Floor

Dec 2015

As a gift to her husband this floor was done just as the couple were moving into their new home. This is not your standard home improvement grade floor either. This is a industrial grade Epoxy-Coat system that employs multiple coatings and a high gloss finish for year of life and a thickness that can endure deep scratches!

The Awendaw Sprawl

Nov 2015

Here's a project that just kept getting bigger! We loved this little house on the river, but it needed serious updating from its roots in the late 70's and early 80's. What started out as a simple cleaning and painting turned into a completed remodel and renovation of love. We blew out some walls to make more room in the kitchen, open the family dining spaces up to the living spaces and create a atmosphere of modern flow. We painted the old bricks and fresh color and keyed in new oak flooring to the existing and gave them some new love. Tile flooring that could not be replaced was given new life with grout color stains. Upstairs the hall bathroom floor was replaced along with a tired tub and shower. Te master bathroom was nearly all old tile, it was revived with a ceramic finish all the way around to bring it back to life. All the walls, doors, stairs and ceilings were painted and refreshed. Finally the exterior front porch was closed in just enough to convert it to a screened porch facing the river. We love this little house and the people that are living in it!
