Joe originally started out very good. Based off the other reviews here I see it is a trend. Originally he was very good at communicating and being prompt for repairs. I had given him prompt payments and partials before any repairs were done. He spoke about trust and being screwed over in the past. He completed repairs that were half done and didn’t finish drywall repair for a door. Bought the wrong toilet and blamed me for it not fitting. He then blocked stating this job was just “too much on him” yet he collected my money. He became upset that he underestimated his labor and material costs for the repairs. I even gave him more money when he asked. Now it’s impossible to get in contact with him. My repairs are half done and I’m out the money for the whole cost. Unable to get in contact with him because he blocked my phone He warranty’s everything but I’m certain without a civil lawsuit there will be no repairs if they come up. Based on all these reviews it appears as though this is a regular and reoccurring trend that I wish I did better research on prior. I guess ultimately it is my fault for not doing better research. All consumers should be aware of his shady antics and inability to communicate as an adult when he gets “stressed out.” If only I could upload pictures of the most recent repairs.

Joe, you have pictures? I invite you to please post the pictures if you stand by your work, please post the pictures on your site of what you did to the bathroom so everyone can see the poor quality of your workmanship. If you stand by your work, you shouldnt have a problem with that.

Hey Gene, the project was definitely a cluster but you failed to mention I asked you three times. Did you want to cut into your beam to get the piping in and then I told you the plumbing was not my forte and you wanted me to try anyway as far as, the refund goes my intentions were to give you some money back but you wanted a full refund after I fully did the bathroom and everything which I have pictures of and came out a lot better than what you had and we confirmed everything as far as these reviews on here unfortunately I don’t really use this site. All my other sites are not even online and a lot of my work or through Word of mouth and people reusing me now all the time when you have great reviews, they will be bad reviews for everyone but at least I can say I have 80% good reviews and 20% not so great and I have over 25 Current ones that can verify the work that I do unfortunately, my apologies that things did not go the way that we both wanted to and yes things got kind of heated between both of us at the end of the day. I wish you well as I will beat you as well and I’m sorry for any inconveniences and sorry that we left on bad terms. Take care.

Hired him for a bathroom project, he cut into floor joists and did damage to my home. After promising a refund (he was broke and didnt have it), he resorted to name calling. He blames the world for his lack of skill. After bringing in a real expert to complete the project, it was really apparent how much of an unskilled amateur Joe Delpozzo is. Also, he swears he is a tough guy. Dont hire him, nothing but trouble.
