Blakely's Flooring

We have the unfortunate experience of having purchased a new construction home that has flooring installed by Blakely's. Our manufactured hardwood floors move and make obnoxious cracking and popping noises when you walk on them, so we hired a flooring inspector who confirmed the floors were incorrectly installed. Blakely's (and the Builder) refuses to replace the floors, and instead wants to shoot nails everywhere through the surface of our floors. Their slogan "Don't Once. Done Right" is a crock. I would recommend finding another flooring company that stands behind its work.
