  | Zanesville Courtyard Project | May 2014 | This residence had an existing patio area built original in the 80s that was in desperate need of renovation. We removed the old pavers and base and hauled away. 80 tons of new gravel was applied and compacted and upwards of 3000sqft of Oaks Rialto pavers were installed and cut into place. Lighting was installed throughout, electric run to the arbor for grill illumination, Cedar Pergolas constructed, new landscaping installed throughout, and much more! | $80k | Zanesville, OH |
  | Zanesville Courtyard | May 2014 | We removed a 1980s patio and base in need of desperate renovations from the customer's courtyard. Over 80 tons of new gravel was brought in and compacted. We then installed two large pergolas and an arbor in the grill area, as well as 3000sqft of Oaks Rialto pavers with an accent soldier course around the perimeter. Finally, we installed concrete edging around all of the beds, landscape lighting, supplemented the original landscaping and mulched everything upon completion.
