About Flawless Floorz
Kyle has been installing floors for over 15 years around the Seacoast of New Hampshire. He started focusing on tile so he got educated on tile setting and the standards in which is to be installed. In 2015 Tracey helped him start Flawless Floorz. We have several repeat customers in this short time both residential and commercial. We are members of National Tile Contractor Association. Kyle's goal is to become a "certified tile installer" so he is fulfilling the steps necessary to be eligible for testing. Kyle and Tracey are constantly educating themselves with new techniques, procedures, and products. Flawless Floorz does install all types of flooring. Insured

In the middle of our basement remodel, we found out that our concrete floors were extremely uneven. The solution to most contractors was to just lay carpet down, which we really didn't want to do. Kyle was able to level out our floors and lay down the lifeproof vinyl flooring that we really wanted. We were super happy with the results! would highly recommend!

  | 3 Season Porch | Apr 2019 | The reason I don’t list the price is because this site does not make it easy to separate labor from materials and it doesn’t give me the option to just give a price for labor. Raise the floor to meet the bottom step so the tile would be level. Installed Laticrete Strata_heat radiant floors using thermal packs. This house is old and had stone wall that the tile had to go up against. The customer picked 18” x 36” rectified edge porcelain tile. The only way to make the tile look good up against the wall was to scribe it; I was nervous as this was my first time. I used a 2 inch piece of tile, 4 inch grinder, and a 50 grit polishing pad.
