This project was fully finished bedroom buildout from an unfinished basement. The project involved full framing (with walk in closet), new electrical circuit, recessed lighting, sound abatement, insulation, drywall hanging and finishing, wall texturing, baseboard and crown bounding trim, custom sill, and wall to wall carpet. One of my favorite projects!

I installed a 4 zone radon mitigation system in this project. The scope included plumbing new sump pits, sealing all leak points in the foundation, installing 4 zone, 2 chase pic system for the radon gas, and installing exhaust fans with chase pipes to the roof
