This is just a classic example of someone getting disgruntled because of financial struggles and taking it out on the service provider. We were called by customer to service their air conditioner. They are previous customers and she said she called us" because of the wonderful service we provided in the past" She said another air conditioning company had just serviced the A/C a couple days ago for $100.00 but it is still not working. We arrived on time and pointed out several serious issues with the system that needed to be addressed to get the system to function properly. We completed all repairs and system is running good but not great due to the fact that it is 30years old and has exceeded it's life expectancy by a decade! The mistake she refers to was a simple fix and it was because the coil which was 30years old did not have an access, so we cut one in to clean the coil and damaged a copper pipe during the process which can easily happen during this type of repair. We soldered the pipe in five minutes. It cost her nothing except about a half pound of refrigerant which she was credited $25.00 for after she disputed the bill. She still was not happy with the fee. It should be said again that the company she had before us did not fix her problem and she was not happy with their service. Also, after we finished and gave her the bill, we were told she was out of checks and asked if we could wait while she went to an ATM. I kindly said she could send us a check in the mail. We fixed the system, didn't get paid, and this is the review we get :(
