On 8/10/20, Charles Young of ETS Restoration sent his crew to my home to cut back two trees where limbs were hanging over my roof. Everything went well that day. On 8/12/20 they came back, but only one cutter, a rope and an apprentice. The cutter cut the tree, it fell and damaged my airconditioner unit beyond repair and bent my gutters on the side of my house. An a/c man came out and rigged it with ties but has not replaced. On 8/13/20, the crew came back again to finish and damaged gutters on the front of my house. I chose this company because of their great reviews, and claims of being licensed and insured, but so far we seem to be getting the runaround. Charles has not contacted me or my husband to rectify our concerns and to repair damages to our home!!!

Great experience starting the process with Charles. He is so professional and very experienced. You can tell from how he explains the remodeling process that he uses only high quality materials and is meticulous with his design and your satisfaction.

I used Ets Restorations on a complete remodel and addition and could not be happier with the results. The work was completed on schedule and on budget and was all beautifully and professionally done. On top of everything cost was lower than the three other bids I got prior to choosing Ets Restorations. I will use them for any future work and cannot recommend them highly enough.

My neighbors and I were so impressed with ETS Restorations (both the owner and his crew)! They were very efficient and skilled and fairly priced. Our neighborhood project was a huge one: 5-6 massive Eucalyptus trees and certainly not a task for a company that wasn't experienced and knowledgeable.
