We converted a cramped, old galley kitchen into this beautiful and functional gourmet cooking space. The owners wanted the kitchen space opened into the living area, which we achieved with some well thought out engineering and design. This dramatic transformation has won awards at the local, state, regional and now national level recently named the 2011 NAHB Gold Kitchen Remodel up to $100,000.

Located in Balcones Park, this 1955 rancher needed a whole house renovation to bring the floor plan up to date and add much needed livable space. The new layout of the house was designed by Jennifer Vrazel. The detached garage was brought forward, in line with the rest of the house making room for the added square footage. New appliances, updated fixtures and finishes made this beautiful home truly modern.

We converted this 1930s Rosedale cottage into RisherMartin Headquarters. We honored the character of this old home, while converting the interior into a modern, functional office space. Along the way we picked up 5-Stars from the Austin Energy Green Building program for our efforts to re-use materials, utilize resource efficient practices and products, and use durable, long lasting materials.

We set out to match this home?s interior with its modern exterior. Sleek stucco finished walls, an elaborate moisture reduction system for the basement, and ultra-modern fixtures brought this home out of the past and into the present.
