The Lady at the office that made the appointment was very nice and encouraging. She really seemed to care about my problem. She assured me that it could and would be taken care of. Cody and Seth came out and she was exactly right, they worked so hard and they got the problem fixed with my water line. I have never seen such devoted and hard working young men!! We had a plumbing emergency, and other companies told us it would be two days before they could help us. I called Atlantis, and they sent Robert Camp within 2 hours of my call. He was absolutely excellent. He was very cheerful and polite as well as being extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and fix it within an hour. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. The veterans discount they offerd came in handy. Both Jamaka and Reggie were very professional, showed up on time as promised, took great care and diligence on the the installation and cleanup. Fished new line under driveway, eliminating the added expense of breaking up and repairing the concrete. Would definitely hire again.
