My initial contact was with Penny, who managed to misconstrue a casual comment of mine, taking it personally and insisting on her affection for her own tenants. This was followed by an unsolicited and inappropriate generalization about certain groups of people being the cause of most renter issues. This was not only irrelevant to our conversation but also unprofessional. While I understand that as a tenant, I may not be privy to all the details about the unit, the behavior of the technician, Ben, was equally disappointing. Upon his arrival at my home, he did not acknowledge my greetings or respond to my attempts at communication. I understand that he may have been instructed not to discuss specific issues related to the AC unit with me, but basic courtesy and acknowledgment should not be compromised. Moreover, I was disconcerted by Ben's disregard for cleanliness and orderliness in my home. He left a mess behind and failed to close the attic door, which raises questions about his attention to detail in his work. While I may not have access to all the specifics of his job, maintaining a clean and respectful environment should be a standard part of any professional service. The only saving grace was that Ben arrived within the scheduled time window. However, the overall experience was marred by the lack of professionalism and courtesy from both Penny and Ben. I would advise potential customers to consider these aspects before choosing this company for their services. Unless you are comfortable with such interactions, you might want to explore other options.
