w.trapp plumbing

I've had a very terrible experience with W.Trapp plumbing, the worst ever. When we contacted him he was very flexible with timings and accomodated us, that was great . We hired Wayne to replace our water heater .After he reaches home on the day of service he mentioned that he would prefer for us to pay for the heater at home depot and he will pick it up from there ,though i did not like it being sprung on me the last minute , i went with it. we had a 4000W water heater , and we asked him if we could change it to the newer Rheem gladiator with the same water capacity but the 5500 Watts. He said it could be done without a problem(mind you - he was already in home during that call). After which he purchased the same from a store a bit far from than previously discussed as that was the nearest which had it in stock , his workmanship was nice and good . But the WORST part is , my water heater is BROKE now in 3 weeks and the mother board in it is burnt. WHY ? - because he didnot do the basic checking to see if the input current wire can support the wattage - I was told by my electrician that was v basic and is written in big bold letters on the heater's manual . so I now have a fried up water heater, a electrician's bill and need to do a new installation once again (as setting up a electric wire involves breaking the wall and a v costly affair). So this guy maybe good for minor things ...but does not know enough to be trusted for installations . that is a lot of money down the drain for me .,
