Be Happy Home Maintenance

Our Homeowners Association has a contract with Be Happy for maintenance and one of their workers came over to replace a tiny bit of window trim on our unit in March 2016. When attaching the new trim their worker hit our window with a nail and broke it. There was a 12 inch crack running clear across the window. The worker left without notifying us about the mistake and then it took almost a year (until December 2016) and many, many reminders to get them to come back and finally replace the window. The trim has yet to be painted (January 2018). I would not recommend this company.

Fence relocation project. Initially said could reuse old fence. Instead started to demolish old fence prior to getting approval. Used new, lighter guage, lighter duty, fencing for new section, also without approval. Posts are loose in the ground. Was supposed to reuse gate, incorrectly measured gatepost distance. Gate is now not usable as it only swings one way now which will strike future structure. Left demo debris in yard, some of which remains after asking to clean up. Came in twice what was bid and more expensive then anyone else before asking for extra labor because the ground was difficult to dig in. Horrible job and I used to work in the construction trades. Would be ashamed of the workmanship, I suspect I'll be replacing this fence in about 5 years, definitely with someone else.

Be Happy Home Maintenance is the best deal going for plowing and lawn care. They are prompt and courteous and their pricing is lower than many of the other services I've tried.
