I think Ray did a great job. He started with a blank slate and put in the bathroom that I asked for. Danny the electrician was very quick and organized. Ray got all the plumbing installed and working before he took a few days off. That was ok by me because at least it was functional. They finished it in the right amount of time and I could tell from the first time I met him he knew what he was doing.
