Reached out to 495HVAC for bidding on a new system for our old town home. They presented the best proposal, with thoughtful design (2 systems) and integration into our historic home while regaining ample closet space from the prior system. Lupe and the installation team were by far the best and easiest contractors to have in our house. They were not only personable, but respectful to our home. The installation was high quality, with attention to detail and routing of cables, pipes, etc. Very happy and love the system. Ended up reaching out a short time later for a new hot water heater - just as fast and a job well done as the HVAC system. Thank you!

We've received very prompt service from 495 HVAC, not easy to find in Northern Virginia! Our salon maintains comfortable temperatures during every season thanks to the heating/AC system they've installed for us. It's very easy to use. Brian has especially been fabulous to talk to and work with in scheduling maintenance and repairs.

We used 495 HVAC to install our new furnace and A/C unit. Brian was extremely knowlegable and honest! Our system is working beautifully! We will be contacting him soon to replace our heat pump. Nice to know their are still top rated companies out there! Mrs. B
