I would like a sewer inspection with a camera. We have the basement slab removed and the house gutted so it should be easy to access. Please let me know the cost. Washington DC 20003
Im unsure what the issue is but there seems to be issues with the water draining from my house. Im having issues with both bathrooms as well as the kitchen.
I have a basement apartment in my house which has always smelled a little musty but the tenants seldom mentioned it and I thought this was because Ive had a few leaks from my kitchen upstairs. I now rent this property through VRBO and AirBnB and the tenants this week told my son-in-law that the refrigerator in the bar was leaking. When he checked it however he found that it was working but the drywall behind the refrigerator was covered with black mold and that the leak on the tile floor was serious. Therefore Id like you to see it (Jackie Sink the realtor tells me that you guys are terrific) and fix the plumbing problem so we can have the drywall replaced and the apartment become safe and s pleasant place to stay. The current tenants are set to leave on Friday Oct. 11th so Id appreciate it if you came to see it at 420 Constitution Ave. N. E. after they leave at 11 a.m. but do knock hard on the brass knocker because this house is practically soundproof if not leakproof. I also need time to reach the door because Im 87 and my house is mighty big. If I dont hear you or you need to call me my phone number is (202) XXX-XXXX. With many thanks Marguerite K.
