They put in new a/c service in my new home,the work they did was very bad and all though I should of had warranty they would not make the problems right .

I was very pleased with the quality of work when they installed my new HVAC system during the snow storms of 2015. Unfortunately, mine broke right in between and it took a week to get the machine since the suppliers in Raleigh were closed, but they got to me as quickly as possible and did a very thorough job making sure that everything was perfect with my new system. I chose them because they are one of the certified mechanics for Duke Energy so I can get a rebate. They will continue to be my provider (hopefully since it's a brand new unit, I won't need them often) because they had great customer service (thanks Megan and Dan) and worked with me on getting me the best pricing and financing options that fit my needs.

Very professional and actually care about you. They went over and beyond to see to our needs. Would definitely recommend them to others.
