  | Findlay Ohio Roof | Jul 2015 | On this project the homeowners tried to fix a roof leak themselves when they discovered it was a little bit more involved than anticipated. A small low-slope roof over a patio room had extensive damage. Upon removal of the first roof we found another roof that had been built over in a previous attempt to fix the roofing issues. We removed all previous roof down to the framing, and installed new roof rafters to support a new roof deck and seamless rubber roof. We also installed new Owens Corning Duration Tru-Definition Shingles on the main roof after removing two layers of shingles. New step flashing and counter flashing where the roof meets the brick side wall, as well as new chimney flashing make this roof job complete and water tight for years to come. | $13k | Findlay, OH |
