This job was an exterior siding project where there was extensive water damage due to improper repairs done prior. We had to go and remove all the rotted wood trim, T-111 and replace with new wood and pressure treated window trim. Along with installing new house wrap and z-channel to ensure proper weather protection. Once we had all the new wood installed, we prepped and painted the exterior with Sherwin Williams exterior paint to match existing color. The client was very happy with the work and I can be confident in knowing that she will have a long lasting siding that will withstand weather conditions the way a homes exterior is supposed.

On this house, they wanted to repaint with same color. Were getting ready to put it on the market to sell. We pressure washed exterior with bleach due to a high amount of mold and then prepped prior to painting. We used Sherwin Williams A100 Exterior Satin finish paint.

New home purchase and wanted to paint all the main areas white to make home a bit brighter. We painted just the walls, no trim for downstairs and upstairs. We used the paint they had already chosen which was from Home Depot and it did not cover well so we ended up putting up 3 coats of paint since the paint they used was not of good quality. However, we were able to get it to look good and they were happy with the end result.
