Emailed Rick b/c he had good reviews here and he responded to my inquiry within a day or two. Used him to replace an undermount bathroom sink and corresponding drain. He not only did that he also went out to replace some shoddy parts that came w the new drain. He also made adjustments to the faucet while he was at it and it works better too. He was on time, neat, courteous, professional and cleaned up. I would definitely use him again and recommend him without reservation. We simply can't imagine a better contractor than Rick. He is a one man wonder! He can do everything himself and there seems to be nothing he cannot do. He went above, beyond and exceeded our expectations. His calm demeanor coupled with his attention to detail was remarkable. He sent us thorough daily email updates that covered all of the tasks he was working on. His work was clean and efficient. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and made our dream kitchen and basement kitchenette a reality. We cannot thank him enough for all his diligent, thoughtful and beautiful work. A few examples of his outstanding and very clever ideas included: A) A custom made doggy storage area under a built in bench where we will be able to keep our dog's items like her food and water dish. He even installed a motion sensor light so when she goes in, she could see! B) He custom made cabinets and moldings to fit some quirky areas in the house. C) He was able to move electrical outlets around to accommodate new appliances and a create phone jack for our landline in the new desk area of the kitchen. D) He created a chalkboard panel that fit perfectly on our preexisting pantry door. E) Beautifully refaced our fireplace to coordinate with our kitchen backsplash. My list could go on and on. Our house truly feels like a home thanks to Rick. We would highly recommend him to everyone and we will be sure to use Just-In Home Services again down the road for any other other projects.

Rick was an amazing find! Extremely professional, reasonably priced, and didn't nickle and dime me for little extras. He always showed up on time and was very clean. I'm very happy with all the work he has done in my house and will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.
