Findan The Handyman

Findan arrived and installed my engineered hardwood floors professionally. He has an exceptional crew that is nice and friendly. When the job was done it looked amazing. After a couple of months the planks started to expand and the foundation began to show in some places. Then after another month the glue failed in several high traffic areas with loud clicking when someone walks across. We continue to find new places where not enough glue was applied

BEWARE! Doubled his quote and did a crappy amateurish job. He quoted me $200 to disassemble a bookshelf in one room and reassemble it in another. 8 hrs later he said I would have to pay $400. We settled on $300. I should have checked his work before I gave him a dime. The reassemble was horrible. Some parts were installed upside down, nails were protruding over an inch, parts of it were destroyed then reinstalled. All told I counted 17 amateurish mistakes. Had I inspected it like I should have, I would have only given him $150 because he DID disassemble it and move it to the other room. The reassembly was complete crap and he did not even mark the parts as to where they were supposed to go. He has ZERO quality control over his own work.

The floors look great! Fin took extra time to make sure the finish was flawless. Fin arrived early in the morning and stayed until the job was done. The installation price was very reasonable and the service was phenomenal. We will continue to do business with Fin for any upcoming projects and highly recommend his services. - The McGees
