About David Sova AIA
Over 25 years experience working on everything from Single family homes to High rise office towers. A creative, empathetic, designer, technical architect, envelope consultant and construction manager. In August of 2005 Washington passed RCW 64.55, it defined "qualified building enclosure inspectors" ever since then we have investigated water damage, designed repairs, provided legal testimony and managed construction projects for Single family homes, Apartment Buildings, Condominium Associations and Commercial Office Towers in the Seattle and Portland metropolitan areas.
