Leroy Residence

This project was the complete transformation of a one and a half story single family residence. A full second floor was added that included three bedrooms plus a master suite. the first floor was reconfigured with open family room and living spaces. The entire exterior brick veneer was removed and a new color brick veneer installed.

Forest Glen Residence

This project was a complete interior gut job of an existing two story plus basement single family residence. the basement floor was removed as well and lowered to the top of the existing footing to gain more ceiling height. The first floor was reconfigured to open up the kitchen with a built in banquet area. A med room and large laundry room were also added to the first floor. The second floor was reconfigured to provide a master bath for the master bedroom area and the hall bath was relocated to accommodate an additional bedroom.

LaSalle Streeet Residence

This project was the complete gut job of two four unit buildings to be converted into two single family residences. The structures date back to 1892 and are located in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. The exterior Kansas Limestone was completely restored by a masonry specialist. The metal cornice at the mansard roof was removed and replicated to it original design. the interior was transformed with living spaces on the first and second floors, and the bedrooms were located on the third and fourth floors. The third floor is the master suite with a private office on the rear of the building.

Sanibel Residence

Located on the Gulf of Mexico on Florida's western coastline, this single family residence is the vacation home for a Chicago CEO and future retirement residence. The main floor comprises the living spaces and two additional bedrooms. The upper floor contains the master suite with views out to the gulf and his and hers individual bathrooms on each side of the sleeping area. Balconies and terraces are set up to capture the spectacular gulf views and sunsets.

Galena Residence

Located in the rolling hills of western Illinois, this single family residence was the summer home to a Chicago CEO. It is a four bedroom residence with an open first floor to allow for family gatherings on the weekends. The exterior is James Hardie siding. Decks around the back connect the home office with the family rooms that look out onto a grand lawn finished at the edge of the woods.

Hudson Street Residence

This home is located in a historic district in Chicago. All the exterior design needed to be approved by a committee prior to a permit being issued. Exterior materials needed to be all natural, imitation siding was not permitted and the windows could not be clad but rather they had to be wood. The rear porch addition created a nice access to the landscaped yard, and the materials were the same as the street elevation.

Cullom Residence

Located in the Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago, this project was a gut job of the rear half of the first floor of this 1920's Chicago Bungalow. A bedroom and small kitchen separated by closet's was opened up so that the kitchen was part of the family room. Unique curved walls with niches create the framework for the renovated kitchen. New lighting and flooring were also installed in this area.

This project is located in the Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago. It was originally a two flat, and it was gutted completely and added on to, to create a single family residence. A garage was newly constructed with an underground connection to the house.
