From the 67th Floor of these twin towers there is a Google Earth view of Manhattan, from one end to another. This 2,300 sq. ft. pied-a-terre is designed to emote absolute calm , which the client was drawn to in Jennifer's designs. The first, and worst, architectural sin of this newly constructed space was that the views of Central Park were obliterated by a wall upon entering. The entire apartment was reconfigured, allowing the rooms to unfold, one into another. When work was completed, all rooms shared a panoramic view of the park. Now it all made architectural sense.
