This 1940's home is located on waterfront property. The clients loved elements of the original architecture however they wanted to update the rooms to create open spaces and efficient flow. The clients love to host large parties at their residence so it was important to design the main floor to host events with 100+ people. Both husband and wife have busy work lives and they wanted a master suite and bathroom to be their luxurious retreat.
