Hi! I’m just getting into weight watchers and I’ve really been craving some chili. This looks great! Could you tell me, approximately how much is a serving? Thank you!
Caitlin
Barbara @ Chase the Star says
Thank you Caitlin! A serving should be around 1 full cup. I usually scoop it out with my 1 cup measuring scoop! Good luck with your plan! :)
Wanda Hudson says
Are the beans drained? Also do you drain meat after cooking?
Barbara @ Chase the Star says
I usually don’t drain, just let it simmer and thicken up!
