Giggles Galore 2011 Year in Review: Parties, Parties & more Parties

Wow, I can't believe that in a few days 2011 will be behind us...where has the time gone?  It has been a busy year full of lots of excitement, features and parties galore.  I hosted more than 15 parties this year from birthday parties and baby showers, to holiday celebrations. North Pole Breakfast 2011

Last year I saw this idea on Jessica’s blog and thought it was such a fun idea to welcome the Christmas season and introduce our elf on the shelf to the family. Happy Birthday, Monkey!

Sweet Peaches

A friend of mine recently discovered a pick your own peach orchard (thanks Jenny) and since I love the idea of picking your own fruit I planned a little road trip with my sweet peaches.  Last year we went to a blueberry/blackberry patch and not only did the kids have a blast, we made lots of delicious desserts and just ran out of jam.We woke up early and hit headed out to the peach orchard to pick sweet, juicy peaches.The kids wanted to be lifted up so they could get the ones at the very top.It … [Read more...]

Owl Purse

Picking Berries

Today we took a trip out to Bailey's Berry Patch to pick blueberries and blackberries.My Grandma B is in town this week and we thought it would be fun to take a family outing that everyone would enjoy. Easter 2010

We had a great Easter weekend and it was nice to have both of our families here to celebrate. Easter at the Arboretum

(Yet another attempt to get a good family picture)We love going to the Dallas Arboretum! We had family in town this weekend for Easter so we decided to take a trip down there on Saturday.
