Replaced a 15 year old furnace that was manufactured in 2000 with a Deluxe Goodman Mfg. furnace that uses 60% less gas, on average, to heat her home and a blower that uses half the electricity. We upgraded the filtration system to an economical MERV 11 media air cleaner and upgraded the thermostat to a digital programmable model. For safety we brought the gas piping and vent up to code and added a carbon monoxide/natural gas alarm in her home. I inspected the job and scheduled a quality control check. The City will perform its inspection and our office has registered the equipment with the manufacture to assure there are no issues with warranty in the future.

Replaced a 11 year old 10 seer R22 Carrier heat pump system with a new Amana 13 seer R410a system. Upgraded with a programmable thermostat and a MERV 11 media air cleaner. Replace foundation for the outdoor unit, added a condensate safety and sealed the air leaks in the duct work. Since there is an attached garage we installed a carbon monoxide alarm and also installed locking refrigerant caps to the outdoor unit.

For the downstairs system we replaced an older low efficient system with an high efficient Amana 16 seer R410a air conditioner and evap. coil. The furnace has high and low heat capabilities and an high efficient blower motor. We sealed all the air leaks in the system and brought the gas piping, venting, condensate removal up to code. We also installed locking Freon caps per State law. We upgraded the thermostats and installed carbon monoxide detector/alarms in all bedroom areas. After completion of the installation Mr. Cogburn walked through the job to assure all expectations were met and answered any questions the homeowner had. Back at the office we registered the equipment for the homeowner, scheduled the quality control check and took care of the permits and inspections by the City. Our Client Care team followed up with a memorial call to make sure that all client concerns were taken care of.

Mr. Cogburn walked the job with the homeowner and scheduled the follow up QC. We registered the equipment for the homeowner and scheduled the City inspection after the QC is performed.
