They came back a repaired it again.

Needed a permit for our new water heater, however to get a permit from an inspector, we needed a plumber to come out and check the new installation of the water heater. We were given some good advice in regards to replacement parts, however, the plumber was uncertain about the rest. He was friendly, but seemed as though he lacked experience. My husband replaced the parts only to learn from the inspector that we needed much more changes to be done not even mentioned by the plumber. When I called "Jolly", they said they didn't deal with the piping, only the water heater, which was a head scratcher to say the least, since they are a "plumber". We did what the inspector said, only to have to get in contact with a new plumber who DOES DO more than just the water heater. To have to pay the minimum cost of $80 for what's labeled as "labor" on the billing, is difficult to swallow when the plumber was at our home for maybe 20 minutes, didn't understand everything in that he had to call his work, only for me to hear the plumber on the phone say "I don't know, I'm not there to see it". So, $80 went down the drain (no pun intended). If we all did business that way, we'd be rich. At the end of the day, I didn't feel valued by this company, but just another customer to make a quick $80 from. Sorry "Jolly Plumbing", but I felt I needed to be honest.

Our water heater ( warranty 6yrs) was leaking a small amount of water. I had a service call from the company that sold us the W/H ( 6yrs 4mo old). They told me that the W/H needed to be replace. I shop for a new W/H and Jolly Plumbing had a better price on a new W/H. When the Jolly plumber came to put in the new W/H he discovered a leak in the water heater flex connector. He repaired the connector and save me from the cost of a new water heater. He did a great job! In the future I will call Jolly Plumbing first.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! We just had them repair an existing, and then ultimately install a new hot water heater. They were prompt and provided great customer service. We will continue using them for our plumbing and heating needs!
